This week’s race had great conditions with a perfect windward leeward course, bright sunshine, and healthy breeze. Max wind gust recorded across the fleet was 18 knots. Unphased was the only boat to use their kite with the other 4 boats all opting for non-spin. UnPhased led the way throughout the race with interesting tacking duels heading up to the windward mark. ReJoyce and Manana were close on their heels but once the windward mark was rounded and the kite came up on UnPhased, the separation in the fleet became significant. ReJoyce and Manana had quite the duel for second place and were neck and neck at the leeward mark. Unphased could not be caught and Rejoyce managed to hold onto their second place during the final windward leg of the course. La Cinquieme finished 4th, and Finnesse abandoned the race and took a DNF.
