The last race of the season was on course #5. There were good conditions with a medium wind throughout. Great mix of sailing conditions, windward first leg, reaching second leg and good deep Spinnaker runs for last three. Three boats entered, including ReJoyce, Manana and La Cinqueime. All were very evenly matched making for a close and fun race for all. La Cinqueime jumped out to a leading start and maintained it the whole race. Manana challenged to the very end, and ReJoyce was not far behind. Thanks to Nick Simpson for serving as mark boat. There was a season wrap-up at Isabel’s. We’re all looking forward to the 2025 HISF season.
